Festival 10.11 is organized by the Sofia Platform Foundation in partnership with the German-Bulgarian Historical Association "Memory" and New Bulgarian University, with the support of Sofia Municipality, the Federal Foundation for the Reappraisal of the SED Dictatorship, the Goethe-Institut Bulgaria, the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, and the Sofia City Library.

The Sofia Platform Foundation is the administrator of personal data and is responsible for its processing and protection.
